Bugs, feature requests, partnership inquiries, or just hello. No auto-responder, no ticketing system, no upsell.
What kind of message?
Anything is fair game. To help us help you faster, here's the kind of detail that's most useful for the three things people most often write in about:
Bug or broken tool
If a tool fails on a specific PDF, attach the file (or a redacted version) so we can reproduce. Include your browser and OS — that helps a lot.
Feature request
Tell us what problem you were trying to solve, not just the feature you want. We prioritize based on what the most users were stuck on.
Press or partnerships
If you’re writing about iSavePDF or want to partner with Two Quarters Ventures, reach out and we’ll get back inside a few business days.
Privacy of your messages
We don't use email tracking pixels. We don't add you to a marketing list. If you send us a PDF as part of a bug report, it stays in our inbox and gets deleted once the bug is resolved. The whole point of iSavePDF is that we don't want to be a custodian of your files; that principle extends to email too.
Want to write for us?
If you're a freelance writer or technical author with a piece in mind about PDFs, document workflows, or browser-based tooling, the write-for-us page has the brief. We pay for accepted pieces.
